In the last 6 months alone, I've logged over 2,500 hours with over 20,000 prompts working with AI to:

• Successfully quit a 48-year nicotine and caffeine addiction
  
  

• Transform my health at 64 through AI-guided fasting, biohacking & fitness regime
  
  

• Create an 8-track original music album from my poetry and lyrics

  
  

• Compile a 150 page book of aphorisms & maxims for success & wisdom in modern life

  
  

• and of course design, create and launch Promptworkx itself
  
  

That's roughly 14-17 hours per day. I didn't dabble. I immersed.

But this isn't my first technology adoption curve.

In the early 2000s—years before smartphones—I pioneered mobile workflow systems that were profiled in
The Age, Australian CPA Magazine, PC World, and My Business Magazine with my use of new technology such as Tablet PCs, Bluetooth & wireless data.
Those systems generated documented income gains of $50,000 to $100,000 annually.
I even spoke at major conferences alongside David Suzuki about technology adoption.

Prior to that in the '80s & '90s I steadily introduced new technologies to SMBs such as ISDN, voicemail systems, Automated Attendants, Computer Telephony Integration, custom MoH, whilst being an early adopter of new portable organisation devices

I have spent 35 years helping Australian businesses adopt disruptive technology—from digital telephony and VoIP to mobile computing and now AI.

PromptWorkx exists because I've lived both sides: as a consultant who's helped thousands of businesses,
and as a power user who's created new enterprises & transformed his own life in just 6 months.
